Returns Policy

Baby Carrier or Sling Purchases

My returns policy lasts for 7 days from arrival of your carrier or sling. If 7 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must still be in brand new condition, the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards themselves are not eligible for returns. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery with approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at info@brookemaree.com.au

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases made with the use of a discount code are not considered on sale so are still eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges
Exchanges can take place within 7 days of your purchase arriving. If you don’t like the colour or style and would like to exchange for an item of similar value, you are most welcome to. You are responsible for the postage of the item and making sure it arrives to me safely and in a timely manner. You will need to contact me first for approval and shipping information. If the item you wish to exchange is for an item of lesser value you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount. You will not be able to receive a refund for the remaining amount. 

Shipping
To return your product, you can mail it to me in South-East Brisbane. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I don’t offer change of mind. Instead I would encourage you to book a consultation or purchase my online program if you are having trouble with the use of your carrier.
