Shipping and Delivery

Australian Delivery

All orders are usually posted out the same day of order. Items are sent via various courier options such a Australia Post, Sendle or Toll depending on your location. It can take a few days to up to a week for your item to arrive. You will be sent a tracking number to monitor your orders delivery time. Postage cost options below:

• $6.95 Standard Tracked Shipping (Delivered to your door within 2-4 days) for orders under $99 OR
• FREE Standard Tracked Shipping (Delivered to your door within 2-4 days) for orders over $99

Please note:  Shipping does not include insurance.  Please message me if you wish to pay for extra cover. 

These are estimates of timeframes based on courier operations. These are not guarantees. In regards to lost or damaged goods, all items are tracked and you will be assisted by me in finding out what has happened. Lost or damaged items are extremely rare. 

Items may arrive to you direct from the supplier/manufactuer - the same shipping timeframes apply as most orders are sent express. 

Overseas Delivery

• Available to selected countries for flat rate of $35.00 - you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. 

Local Pick-Up

If you are local to Brisbane's Bayside area you may be able to collect your items direct from me. Contact me to discuss.
